I’ve been getting comment-spammed the last few weeks, and today I finally had enough of it.
No more comments.
I don’t understand it myself. I can’t imagine anyone being so absolutely stupid as to follow some nonsensical rambling about democracy or the meaning of life to visit an online casino web page. Rediculous.
This site has obviously been crawled by some online casino’s spambot and had well over a few hundred comments posted last night. I’ve heard recently that begroovy, haikunews and a few other BeOS related sites have been hammered pretty hard as well.
This is my way of fighting back for now. Sorry for the knee-jerk reaction folks. If I post something that I think would be comment worthy, I’ll turn it on, on a post-by-post basis. But for now, all comments in the archives are closed.
