I love it when the weather is nice in the evening. Especially around 7:00 PM. Two times in the last three days I’ve gone out on the bike for a bit over two miles. It’s quick exercise, but it sure does a good job of getting me worked up before I come back and do the back stretches / exercises.

It’s been something like five or six weeks since I left physical therapy, and the doc said I could hop back on the bike around that time, as long as I didn’t overdue it (with all the bending forward that can entail). So I’ve been taking it easy on the bike for the most part. It does a good job of getting the old heart rate up though. I also tend to find myself consuming an entire bottle of water when I get home. Good stuff.

As for the coding of late, not much has gone on. Spent most of the weekend wrestling my laptop which seems to love going into KDL when I try to use some of the acpi bus_manager calls on it.

I’m not sure what the deal is there, but I’m not particularly happy.
