Transmission Update

So this is Thursday… I’m not as far as I’d like to be, mainly because I’m going overboard in a really good way.

I’ve got Transmission’s basic settings loading / saving up and running (that’s easy), along with the settings directory structure being created. This piled on top of the MIME type registration leads puts a large portion of the front-end code in fairly good shape. I just need to get the BApplication::RefsReceived() & node monitoring setup and I’ll be happy enough to build up the menu bar and then start interfacing to libtransmission.

At the rate I’m going now Mike is probably going to ask me why I look so tired at work again tomorrow. :-D Hey, tired is good. It means I’m being productive and learning a lot. Tired is good for me, and good for the world, right? Right? Uhhh… at least I’ve got a good supply of tasty coffee at the E-G office. Who needs sleep when you’ve got “a nap in a mug” and a challenging project that totally holds my interest?
