Getting used to this…
The last month has been absolutely insane. Between adjusting to the whole concept of home ownership, and having a lawn and what not to take care of, I’m also having massive amounts of time being taken up by an amazing girl. The problem I’ve faced is that I have way too much on my plate right now.
I’m working on trimming that down, and I’m getting used to the whole constantly busy state of life right now.
I’m getting used to this, and I’m gearing up to spend some time with some source code in the next week or two. My weekends are going to be shot for the next couple months, so it’s going to be a small accomplishment to actually make time to code — which I’m going to do, because I’ve got to. I’m really feeling the itch to do some real, problem solving fun stuff at home right now.
I’ve got things to finish, things to fix, things to build… and haven’t had the time. Haiku’s ACPI still needs finished — and I’ve still got code that’s uncommitted on my drive (it’s in no state to commit). Once I get the thermal stuff to a point I feel happy with, I’m probably going to jump to another project (which would have a definite end, not one of these ‘forever’ projects I seem to get myself involved with) for a short while.
Anyhow, I need to get some coding done, I’ve got the urge — and I’ll have the time the next couple weeks.
