I’m a happy, happy man. Strange, since I used to be one of the most bitter curmudgeons I’ve ever known.

I won’t go into details here, and I’m not going to say much of anything other than I asked Kylene to marry me Friday night, and she emphatically replied yes. I knew she would — I wouldn’t have asked if there was any shadow of a doubt that this is the woman God intends for me to spend the rest of this life with, or if I thought she might even have the slightest inclination to say anything other than yes.

Over the last few weeks people have been telling me it takes weeks, if not more to get everything in order to, “pop the question.” I personally didn’t buy those claims, and I’ve also personally disproved all those theories. Shoot, I pulled it off (from nothing but the idea to the actual implementation of a rather elaborate plan) in under three days. Then again, I am highly motivated when it comes to my (hehehe) fiance.
