Wish I could’ve been there….
I totally missed Waltercon this year. I was busy at home, and frankly didn’t have the time / money this year to go.
If the project I’m on at work would have finished prior to last weekend, there was a chance I could have gone.
Oh well, I didn’t. I really missed it though. It hit me today while browsing the photo galleries.
Next year, I hope to return. Possibly with wife in tow. :-D

What I hear: I would love to go but I had to do something more interesting like paint the house,

She would really have to let herself go after you get married if you would have to tow her!

Yeah, I don’t think I’ll have to tow her along.
And seriously, the money has been tight lately.
By the time they announced the location / dates for Waltercon, I had bought an engagement ring and booked the honeymoon trip. I had pretty much exhausted my savings apart from the “Oh $hit” money.
And part of that got used this weekend, see next post.
