After dismanteling the rest of the great room the other day, and then getting side tracked with the rocking chair for Elin, I got back to it this afternoon around 5:30.

The ceiling is all one color now. There are no streaks of different shades of white. It’s a flat, white ceiling. It looks tremendous.

That room is starting to look very different, and all I’ve done is yank out some things. The book case, the “popcorn bar”, and the built-in speakers.

The walls will be green by Monday. I might start painting them tomorrow afternoon — or if not I’ll definately attack them on Sunday.

I do have a small rocking chair that needs polyurethaned twice by Tuesday night though.
