Instead, after dinner we went to Lowes.

We finally found some lights for the kitchen! So I put up the new lights in the kitchen. One for over the sink, and one for over the kitchen table. They look great.

There are two lights left to outright replace in the house. One is in the great room, the other is in the kitchen over the main work area. I have plans to replace it with a 14″ Solatube with dual light kit, but it’s going to be spring time before I get to that. I want the weather to be cool, dry, and not too bloody hot. Maybe June will be a good time to do that again this year, and maybe I’ll do all three of the Solatubes we’re planning on installing. We’d like to put two more in the great room. The things are amazing.
