3:00 AM Eastern: We woke up, after having between two and three hours of sleep.
~4:20 AM Eastern: We got to the Indianapolis Airport (IND).
~6:00 AM Eastern: In the air, headed to Denver.
Got to Denver, got off plane 1, got to the gate for plane 2 as fast as we could, immediately got on plane 2, and took off rather quickly.
~8:30 Pacific: Got to SFO. Picked up our bags, found a taxi, and got a ride to the Chancellor Hotel on Union Square. They were kind enough to hold our bags and told us we’d be able to check in around 1. I was expecting something like that. So we decided to take a walk around and find a place to eat lunch. The only problem was, no one was serving lunch. It was breakfast time in SF. Welcome to Jet Lag.
Filler: We walked around San Francisco, exploring the Union Square area. Found some diner to eat at, and had lunch.
~1:00 Pacific: Checked in at the Hotel, took a (badly needed) nap.
~4:00 Pacific: Met up with Michael Phipps from Haiku, walked to the Moscone center and got our passes.
~5:00 Pacific: Ate dinner with Mr. Phipps.
~6:00 Pacific: Birds of a feather talk for Haiku at LinuxWorld 2007. More on that next.
~9:00 Pacific: Got back to our hotel, called it a night, and collapsed.
