Good Books Need a Good Home
As I was cleaning out my office, I ran across some books.
I got the Be Developers Guide in 2001 off a clearance rack at a Media Play store in Pittsburgh.
I was given the Advanced Topics and Release 3 user guide at WalterCon 2004. Thanks Deej! I enjoyed them.
The BeOS Bible is from the R5 bundle I bought in 2000, after cashing a paycheck from the banquet hall I worked at, and making a run to Best Buy. Simply the best $80 I’ve ever spent.
I’d love to pass these along to anyone whose willing to take them. All are in English. I’m offering to cover shipping to the lower 48 states, I’d like to see these go to someone who can use them.

As I think I mentioned before, if nobody else takes ‘em, send ‘em my way.
I’ll hang onto them until someone else is interested if necessary, and I’d actually find it enjoyable to read some of the developer books that were written for BeOS anyway. I never had that opportunity ;)
On the other hand, I’m not a terribly good C/C++ dev, so I probably couldn’t get as much use out of them as someone who is looking forward to development, so I must defer to another with greater need.

I also have the herb schildt book on C++, which is excellent… although I’m reluctant to get rid of it, as I still use it!
Hahahaa.
