Grumpy Grump Cabinet Doors Exhaust Fan

Elizabeth had a rough day on Sunday. We throw off her daily routine on Sundays, and that really seems to screw with her little world. Poor girl. The problem is, that come Monday she ends up staying up nearly all day (eating and playing), turning into overly-tired Grumpy Grump by the time I get home. Poor Kylene. Mondays are rough.

Monday night I was greeted home by a dog pouncing on my legs, a crying daughter, and an exasperated wife. By 20:00, Elizabeth was falling asleep while I was trying to burp her, so I wrapped her up tight in her blanket and put her in bed. She slept solidly until 24:00, when we woke her up to feed, change, and put her back to bed for the night. She didn’t wake up after that until 7:30. Yesterday she was back to normal. Whew.

After she went to sleep at 8:00, I went out to the garage and started sanding doors. Now that I’m over the sinus infection, and have a clean dust mask, I figured I’d give it a go. The new sander attaches nicely to the shop vac, which has a small particle filter bag in it, and almost eliminates the visible dust when sanding. Yay!

I’m to the point where I need to pick up some glue brushes tonight before I get home, so I can start gluing and clamping doors. All the outer and inner edges of the frames are sanded, and the panels are sanded. So it’s just down to the frame faces, which I won’t sand until everything is glued. I’m hoping to g
