Better than I have in a few years.

I don’t know if it’s the gluten-free diet, or what…

But the last week (especially) I’ve noticed that I physically feel better than I have in years. More energy, I’m sleeping a bit better, waking up a lot better, and I don’t feel blah all the time.

Shoot, last night I got the bike out and rode a mile. I haven’t done that in… ?
