Ron Paul Money Bomb TOMORROW: Why I contribute to political campaigns

About four years ago I decided that if global corporations and lobbyist groups from out-of-state can support and donate to political campaigns in my area, then about the last hope I have of being represented is by using my dollars to vote as well. If I can’t get representation from my local district (which I won’t), then I ought to find a district where there is a representative who has a shot at winning that -will- represent me — even if I don’t live there — because I’m still subjected to laws made by that representative body.

Bed-rest really cramps your style.

So, I upgraded my iMac (mid 2007 core 2 duo) to OS X Lion this weekend. My old Hard Drive was in the process of failing (SMART errors causing each block written to be ECCed, making disk IO ludicrously SLOW) so I burnt the downloaded .dmg (it’s in the Package Contents) to a DVD, upgraded [...]
