Frame and Panel Toy Box
I started this in August, right around the time Kylene went on bedrest while pregnant with Ezra. I would have been done in a week or two, but I ended up having a minor procedure done that laid me up for a few days as well. I finally got the box done in October, after Ezra was born.
I used a trick I originally tried out on the kitchen island. I pre-stained the panels, so that if they move they’ll at least have color on them. It makes the finishing process a bit less bothersome, but it also makes final sanding a bit of a trick. You have to avoid the panels while sanding the glue / clamp joints.
